The Zeen is in a new class of mobility device with its SIT, STAND, WALK capability and currently does not have a specific code for Medicare or Medicaid at this time. However, we encourage you to work with your prescribing physician and healthcare institution to see if submitting a claim to Medicare or Medicaid for Zeen reimbursement is an option for you.

Currently, the Zeen is only for sale within the United States. We ship direct from our new factory in West Chester, PA, and from a growing list of dealers.
Within the 21 day trial, customers can contact Exokinetics to initiate the return process. The Zeen must be returned in its original packaging. There is a $325 fee to replace your box, so please keep your box until at least the conclusion of your trial. The box can be useful if ever shipping your Zeen. There is a $275 restocking fee in addition to a two-way shipping charge.

The Zeen is eligible to be paid for using HSA or FSA funds.
Zeen may or may not be covered by your insurance plan as it depends on the specific DME benefits your plan offers. We encourage you to work with your prescribing physician and healthcare institution as to the best way to submit an insurance claim for Zeen reimbursement.
There is a 2 year warranty on all structural metal components and a 6 month warranty guaranteeing no manufacturing defects of any non-structural component on the Zeen.
